Digital Delivery

The ASO & Localization Playbook is a digital product. After successful purchase, customers receive access to download the PDF using the email used at checkout. No physical product is shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery is intended to be instant after successful payment. If you do not receive access, contact naadirmajid@gmail.com and we will help restore access.

Refund Window

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the ebook cannot be accessed, the download was not delivered, or a duplicate purchase was made.

Non-Refundable Cases

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided after successful access or download except for the access, delivery, or duplicate-purchase issues described above.
